Front Loading Oedometer
Description
The Front Loading Oedometer is manufactured from rigid cast aluminium and designed for bench mounting. Beam Ratios:
- 9:1
- 10:1
- 11:1
A self-aligning bearing between the yoke and the lever ensures vertical and concentric loading of the sample. A built-in screw jack is provided to take the weight of the beam when a new weight is added to prevent shock loading. A counter weight is also provided to counteract the weight of the beam on the sample.
